What do I get?

When you decide to advertise at Manipe F1, you are given the choice of two banner sizes and locations. The first, a 280×80 pixel half-banner, is located at the top of each page opposite the Manipe F1 logo, while the second option, a 730×90 pixel banner, is located at the bottom of each page.

Once you have chosen your banner location, uploaded your banner and paid for your ad, your ad will be rotated with other ads in that banner space, until you run out of clicks or hits. Your ad therefore remains 'fresh', by not being shown on every single page a user visits, but you still get to reach the majority of Manipe F1 readers.

How much?

You are given complete control of every advertising campaign when you advertise with Manipe F1. Each banner is priced on a negative exponential scale, from as little as €1.50 CPM (Cost per mille) or €0.70 CPC (Cost per click). The more hits/clicks you purchase, the cheaper they are. Campaigns are currently limited to a maximum of 200,000 hits or 500 clicks.

The progress of your ad can be monitored at any time from our user-friendly ad manager, and you will be notified when you ad is running low on hits/clicks to ensure your ad is never down.

Getting started

To begin with, you need an advertiser account. Start by registering on the Manipe F1 Forum, using your desired username and password. Once you have successfully registered, simply send a 'Private message' to the Ad manager user, and we will up upgrade your forum account to that of an advertiser.

Once you have been upgraded to an adveritser, you need to log in to your ad manager page. Once you have filled out some extra details of yourself/your business, you are ready to upload your banner(s). Each banner must be associated with a destination link, and must be approved before any ad can go live. Approving a banner/link usually takes less than 12 hours.

Once you have uploaded your banner(s), you are ready to create your first ad. Simply click on the Create an ad link in your ad manager, and follow the on-screen instructions to select the number of hits/clicks you want to purchase and the banner you want to use. Payment is handled by the secure online Paypal service, and once your payment has been approved your ad will immediately go live.
