Formula One teams will carry logos of the FIA's 'Make Roads Safe' campaign, as the Formula One Teams' Association looks to lend a helping hand in promoting the governing body's road safety campaign. 'Make Roads Safe' is a part of the FIA's Decade of Action, which aims to reduce and draw awareness to the number of deaths on the world's roads each year. “FOTA and its member teams are hopeful that, via the powerful and unique initiative of each and every Formula 1 car carrying uniform 'Make Roads Safe' branding, awareness of this excellent initiative will be communicated to the hundreds of millions of Formula 1 fans all around the world,” read a FOTA statement on Friday. Teams will carry 'Make Roads Safe' branding on their cars from next weekend's Australian Grand Prix, after Williams' cars featured the logos in Bahrain last weekend. | |||
